     On page 10, after line 5 of the amendment, insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 5.  If specific funding for the purposes of section 2 of this act, referencing section 2 of this act by bill number, is not provided by June 30, 1995, in the omnibus appropriations act, section 2 of this act is null and void."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Adds a null and void clause applicable to the three performance audits required by the bill.
