     On page 3, line 28, after "51.32.160" insert ", but any right of appeal of any aggrieved party to the reopening application deemed granted under RCW 51.32.160 is not affected"

EFFECT:  The amendment provides that any right of appeal of an aggrieved party is not affected by the fact that the Department has no authority to reassume jurisdiction over reopening applications that are deemed granted.
