    On page 13, after line 14 of the amendment insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 13.  If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill number, is not provided by June 30, 1995, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct internal references accordingly, and correct the title amendment.

EFFECT:  Adds a section specifying if funding for this bill is not provided in the omnibus budget act, the bill will be null and void.
