     Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The House of Representatives will continue discussions with the Senate on this legislation."

EFFECT:  Provides that it is the House of Representatives intent to continue discussions with the Senate on this legislation.
