     On page 3, after line 34 insert the following: 

     "(f) A parent or guardian who has attended an AIDS district presentation in the past five years, proof of which exempts the supplying of such records and further parental attendance for a five year period."

     Correct internal references accordingly

EFFECT:  Provides that upon a student transferring between private and public schools, a parent shall supply records of attendance at an  AIDS presentation in the past five years; such proof and attendance is valid for five years.
