We of your Conference Committee, to whom was referred ENGROSSED SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL NO. 5885, Modifying services to families, have had the same under consideration and we recommend that all previous amendments not be adopted; that the striking amendment (attached 5885-S.E AMC CONF S3413.1) by the Conference Committee be adopted; and that the bill do pass as recommended by the Conference Committee.
