     On page 7, after line 33, insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 4.  RCW 50.16.092 and 1993 c 226 s 5 are each repealed."

Renumber the sections consecutively and correct the title.

     On page 7, line 34, strike "Section 1 of this act is" and insert "Sections 1 and 4 of this act are"

EFFECT:  Repeals the requirement for the commissioner of the Employment Security Department to determine whether the employment and training trust fund contributions have increased employer unemployment compensation contribution rates, and, if so, to begin depositing the employment and training contributions in the unemployment compensation fund.
