     On page 11, line 10 of the amendment, strike section 13

Renumber the remaining section consecutively, correct internal references accordingly, and correct the title amendment accordingly.

     On page 12, line 33, strike "chapter...,Laws of 1995 (this act)" and insert "RCW 67.40.030"

EFFECT:  Deletes the section authorizing the issuance of $100 million in state general obligation bonds.
