    On page 1, line 9, after "obligations" strike "as defined under RCW 9.94A.030" and insert "as enumerated in RCW 9.94A.030 that are ordered pursuant to a felony or misdemeanor conviction"

EFFECT:  Technical.  Courts may contract with collection agencies to collect legal financial obligations ordered pursuant to a misdemeanor conviction not just a felony conviction.  The underlying draft created an ambiguity that only those obligations that are ordered pursuant to a felony conviction may be collected by collection agencies.
