     On page 10, line 29, after "as" insert "and to the extent that"

     On page 10, line 30, after "issued" strike "at any time" and insert "((at any time))"

EFFECT:  Limits the ability of Cities and Counties to both use the 2% hotel/motel tax credit after outstanding bonds are paid. Only one may use the sales tax credit after the bonds are paid.
