     On page 2, line 18, after "RCW." strike all material through "no" on line 21 and insert "((Unless an applicant demonstrates that he or she has completed a prostitution prevention and intervention program under RCW 43.63A.720 through 43.63A.740, 9.68A.105, and 9A.88.120,)) No"

EFFECT:  A convicted prostitute is ineligble for a license to practice massage for a period of eight years following his or her conviction.  The amendment deletes language exempting prostitutes who complete prostitution prevention and intervention programs from this restriction.
