     On page 8, line 33, after "ordinance;" insert the following material:

     "(viii) A conviction for any lesser included offense, or a reduction therefrom, of RCW 46.61.502, RCW 46.61.504, RCW 46.61.520, RCW 46.61.522, 46.61.525(1), or any equivalent local ordinance"

EFFECT: Clarifies that lesser included offenses or reductions in charges are included within the definition of a prior offense.
