     On page 2, line 23, after "services" insert "or bone marrow transplant services"

EFFECT:  Extends the prohibition on organ transplants to include bone marrow transplants.  Bone marrow transplant services for inmates on death row must not be included in the Department of Corrections' health care delivery plan and must not be paid for with public funds.
