     On page 2, line 3, after "authorized to" insert "use the following non-exclusive options:"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that (a) using collection services available through the Department of General Administration or (b) contracting with private collection agencies are not necessarily the only options the Department may employ to collect debts offenders continue to owe after they have been released.
