     On page 4, line 33 of the striking amendment, after "RCW 75.28.110(5)(a)." insert "Commercial fishing for Dungeness crab is prohibited south of the Hood Canal bridge and in any other area or zone identified, by rule, as off limits to commercial crab fishing

by the department."

EFFECT:  Codifies current Department of Fish and Wildlife rules prohibiting commercial crab fishing south of the Hood Canal bridge and other areas.
