     On page 2, after line 15, insert:

     "(2) No fire marshal, or other person, may enter the scene of an emergency until permitted by the officer in charge of the emergency incident."

     Renumber the following subsections consecutively.

EFFECT:  Precludes a fire marshal or other person from entering the scene of an emergency until permitted by the officer in charge of the emergency incident.
