     On page 1 of the amendment, line 17, after "division." insert "This section shall expire June 30, 2001.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  It is the intent of the legislature that the fee imposed under section 1 of this act be reviewed before the expiration date of that section.  The legislature may continue or modify the fee as necessary for adequate and proper funding of the archives and records management account."

     Renumber sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:  Terminates $1 fee after five years.  Adds intent section providing for review of fee before termination.
