Assisting mobile home park residents.

     AN ACT Relating to mobile home parks; and making an appropriation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The sum of forty thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 1997, from the general fund to the office of the attorney general for the purpose of developing and distributing a pamphlet that provides general information on tenant and park owners' rights, responsibilities, and remedies under the mobile home landlord‑tenant act, chapter 59.20 RCW.
