Dissolving the council of presidents.

     AN ACT Relating to public baccalaureate institutions; and adding a new section to chapter 28B.10 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 28B.10 RCW to read as follows:

     On or before June 30, 1996, the state universities, regional universities, and The Evergreen State College shall dissolve the organization known as the council of presidents.  Each institution of higher education participating in the council of presidents shall transfer into the institution's financial aid fund under RCW 28B.15.820, any unexpended money the institution has budgeted for the council of presidents during the 1995-1997 biennium.
