    BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That the House of Representatives meet the Senate in Joint Session on Monday, January 23, 1995, at 11:15 a.m. in the House Chamber, for the purpose of receiving an address from the Chief Justice of the Washington State Supreme Court, Barbara Durham.
