HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 95-4694, by Representatives Kessler and Buck

     WHEREAS, An outstanding public school system has long been a tradition in Washington state; and

     WHEREAS, Excellence in public education requires outstanding teachers, school administrators, and classified staff members; and

     WHEREAS, Patti G. Reynvaan of the Hoquiam School District has been named as a recipient of the 1995 Washington Award for Excellence in Education; and

     WHEREAS, Patti G. Reynvaan has demonstrated to both students and staff what technology can do to enrich the classroom environment; and

     WHEREAS, Patti G. Reynvaan has evidenced a strong vision for the future; and

     WHEREAS, The award recognizes exceptional leadership, contributions, and commitment; and

     WHEREAS, A ceremony is scheduled May 25, 1995, in the House of Representatives chambers;

     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the state of Washington honor Patti G. Reynvaan as a recipient of the 1995 Washington Award for Excellence in Education; and

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be immediately transmitted by the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives to Patti G. Reynvaan.
