     On page 3, beginning on line 17, strike all of subsection (4) and insert the following:

A(4) By November 30^th of each odd numbered year up to and including November 30^th, 2001, the department of agriculture, with the advice of the interagency integrated pest management coordinating committee, shall prepare a report on the progress of integrated pest management programs.  The report is to be made available through the state library and placed on the legislative alert list.@

EFFECT: Changes the Department of Agriculture=s reporting requirements so that a report on the status of integrated pest management program is required for three biennia.
