     On page 2, line 2, after "jurisdiction." insert "This subsection applies also to a concealed pistol license issued in another state."

EFFECT:  Explicitly provides that a person with a concealed pistol license (CPL) issued in another state is subject to the same provision as a person with a Washington CPL.  The CPL must be carried on the person whenever the person is carrying a concealed pistol in circumstances in which a CPL is required.
