     On page 8, line 20 of the striking amendment, after ASec. 111.@ insert A(1)@

     On page 8, after line 32 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(2) The board of directors shall transmit a copy of the adopted annual operating budget of the public stadium authority to the governor and the majority leader and minority leader of the House of Representatives and the Senate.  The budget information shall include, but is not limited to a statement of income and expenses of the public stadium authority.@

EFFECT:  requires the public stadium authority to transmit a copy of their annual operating budget to the Governor and majority and minority leaders of the Legislature.
