     On page 5, line 5, strike all of section 4.

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  The requirement is removed that, in order to be counted for movement on the salary schedule, in-service training in reading must contain a beginning reading element that includes certain components described in the legislation.
