     Beginning on page 1, line 19, after Ato@ strike Athe deductions in RCW 72.09.111(1)(a) and the priorities established in chapter 72.11 RCW@ and insert@((the deductions in RCW 72.09.111(1)(a) and the priorities established in chapter 72.11 RCW)):  (1) Deductions of five percent to the public safety and education account for the purpose of crime victims compensation and ten percent to a department personal inmate savings account for funds received each month totaling one hundred dollars or less; (2) deductions in RCW 72.09.111(1)(a) and the priorities established in chapter 72.11 RCW for funds received each month exceeding one hundred dollars@

EFFECT:  Funds received each month by an inmate totaling one hundred dollars or less is subject to a fifteen percent deduction.  Any funds exceeding one hundred dollars each month is subject to a thirty five percent deduction.
