     On page 1 of the amendment, line 8, after "affected." insert "A political subdivision of the state shall be fully reimbursed by specific appropriation by the state for all reasonable expenses, including legal fees, incurred as a result of litigation under this section."

EFFECT: Requires the state to reimburse local governments for cost of any litigation on the question of reimbursement for this act under Initiative 601.
