     On page 2, line 35, after Aapparel@ insert A, unless the cost of obtaining the apparel would reduce the employee=s wage below the applicable minimum wage required under chapter 49.46 RCW@

EFFECT:  In addition to paying for employer required uniforms, an employer must pay for required apparel if the cost to obtain the apparel would reduce the employee=s wage below the minimum wage.
