ANEW SECTION. Sec. 915. No funding appropriated in this act shall be expended to support the governor=s council on environmental education.@

EFFECT: Makes the following changes regarding the Puget Sound Work Plan: 1) a proviso is added to the Department of Community Trade and Economic Development earmarking existing funds to participate on the action team; 2) the amount earmarked from the oil spill administration account in the Department of Ecology is corrected; 3) a contract with the University of Washington=s Sea Grant program is earmarked a part of the plan; 4) a proviso is added to State Parks and Recreation Commission earmarking federal boating funds for plan implementation; and 5) a proviso is added specifying funding may not be spent on the Governor=s Council on Environmental Education.
