    On page 11, after line 19 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "Sec. 8.  RCW 90.61.030 and 1995 c 347 s 803 are each amended to read as follows:

    The commission shall convene commencing June 1, 1995, and shall complete its work by June 30, ((1998)) 2002.  The commission shall submit a report to the governor and the legislature stating its findings, conclusions, and recommendations not later than November 1 of each year.  The commission shall submit its final report to the governor and the legislature not later than November 1, ((1997)) 2001."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    On page 11, after line 35 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "Sec. 11.  RCW 90.61.900 and 1995 c 347 s 806 are each amended to read as follows:

    RCW 90.61.010 through 90.61.050 shall expire June 30, ((1998)) 2002."

    On page 12, line 6 of the title amendment, after "36.70A.060," strike "and 36.70A.070" and insert "36.70A.070, 90.61.030, and 90.61.900"
