     We of your CONFERENCE COMMITTEE, to whom was referred ENGROSSED HOUSE BILL NO. 3041, Family & child ombudsman off, have had the same under consideration and we recommend that:

     All previous amendments not be adopted, and the striking amendment by the Conference Committee (s-5559.1) be adopted, and

and that the bill do pass as recommended by the Conference Committee.
