    On page 2, line 10, after ARCW 28A.405.100.@ insert ADuring the second year of employment, an employee shall be notified before February 1 preceding the commencement of the third year of employment whether or not his or her performance needs improvement and a plan shall be developed with the employee to help the employee improve performance.@
