    On page 1, line 17, after "disease." insert the following:

    "For the purposes of this section, a worker knows that he or she has an occupational disease when he or she receives a written notice from a physician:  (1) Of the existence of his or her occupational disease, and (2) that a claim for disability benefits must be filed within two years of the date of the notice or any potential benefits may be barred."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
