    On page 10, line 23, after "property," strike all the material down to and including "interest" on line 30, and insert "and the spouse has a valid driver's license and is in compliance with RCW 46.30.020, the spouse shall be entitled to the vehicle and the vehicle shall not be subject to forfeiture if it is the only vehicle owned by either spouse in the community"

EFFECT: Allows spouse to keep vehicle when the vehicle is community property if it is the only vehicle owned by either spouse in the community.
