Exempting Senate Bill No. 5935 from the cutoff date exemption.

    WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8402 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 1997 Regular Session of the Fifty-fifth Legislature; and

    WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 5935 is necessary to implement the 1997-99 biennial budget;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the state of Washington, the Senate concurring, That the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8402 shall not apply to Senate Bill No. 5935.
