AN ACT Relating to authorizing loans for projects recommended by the public works board; creating a new section; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. Pursuant to chapter 43.155 RCW, the following project loans recommended by the public works board are authorized to be made with funds previously appropriated from the public works assistance account.
(1) City of Aberdeen‑-domestic water project‑-design and construct a facility for water filtration, storage improvements, and corrosion treatment for the city's water supply, and water metering
