HB 1062 - DIGEST

     Directs the public facilities district, in consultation with the office of financial management, to negotiate the price and terms of the stadium naming rights.

     Provides that the revenue generated from the sale of the stadium naming rights shall be applied against the individual contribution of the state, the contribution of the county, and the contribution of the professional major league baseball team, based on the percentage of their contribution toward the construction of the baseball stadium.
