HB 1221 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that, whenever a motor vehicle is found to be operated by a person with a suspended or revoked driver's license in violation of RCW 46.20.342 or 46.20.420, the vehicle is subject to impoundment or immobilization at the direction of a law enforcement officer.

     Repeals RCW 46.20.344.
