HB 1239 - DIGEST

     Allows the disciplining authority to adopt rules that establish different continuing education requirements for retired active license holders who provide only uncompensated community services.

     Authorizes the disciplinary authority to adopt by rule requirements to be met by applicants holding a retired active license for reinstatement or issuance of a regular license for resumption of full-time practice.
