HB 1264 - DIGEST

     Provides that a minor may not operate a motor vehicle with more than one other minor in the vehicle without the express written permission of the operator's parent or guardian.

     Provides that, upon receipt of notification under RCW 46.20.270 of a violation of this act, the department shall suspend the operator's license or privilege to drive for a period of one year or until age eighteen, whichever is longer.
