     Requires disclosure of the fact that a person is being paid to gather signatures on a petition.

     Requires political committees that pays or provides consideration, compensation to persons for circulating, soliciting, or obtaining, signatures on a state initiative or referendum petition also shall file reports required under RCW 42.17.080.

     Declares that a failure to comply is a gross misdemeanor offense.
