HB 1512 - DIGEST

     Requires any governmental entity using a collection agency to add a collection fee to the outstanding debt, to be paid by the debtor and is full payment to the collection agency for the costs incurred by the governmental entity.

     Declares the fee is fifty percent of the outstanding principal, but not less than fifty dollars.
