HB 1633 - DIGEST

     Declares that an agency of the state may not purchase drugs from a manufacturer who engages in price discrimination.

     Provides that a manufacturer who violates this act or a rule adopted under this act is subject to a civil penalty of not less than one thousand dollars nor more than fifty thousand dollars for each violation, payable to the health services account.
