HB 1664 - DIGEST

     Provides for the protection of the marine environment and associated ecosystems through oil spill prevention, the protection, conservation, and enhancement of marine waters and of salmon habitat, and a ban on off-shore oil exploration and drilling.

     Makes appropriations to carry out the purposes of the act.
