HB 1871 - DIGEST

     Allows the policy to provide that before obtaining benefits under the policy coverage, the covered person must first exhaust the available liability insurance of the owners or operators whose fault is the basis for the covered person's claim to the extent that:  (1) The owners or operators have applicable liability insurance; and

     (2) the covered person is legally entitled to recover from the owners or operators whose fault is the basis for the covered person's claim.
