HB 2480 - DIGEST

     Declares that it is unlawful to release, plant, or place live fish within the state, except for a release of game fish into private waters for which a game fish stocking permit has been obtained or the planting of food fish by permit of the commission.  A violation of this provision is a gross misdemeanor.

     Declares that it is unlawful to release, plant, or place live deleterious exotic fish within the state that have been classified as deleterious exotic fish by rule of the commission.  A violation of this provision is a class C felony.
