(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 84.36.043 to delete the provision that the exemption applied only to taxes levied for collection in 1991 through 1999.

     Applies to real or personal property leased by a nonprofit organization which is used for emergency or transitional housing for low-income persons or victims of domestic violence.
