(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares that funds distributed under this act to nonprofit ORV organizations may be spent only for projects or activities that benefit ORV recreation facilities located on lands once publicly owned that come into private ownership in a federally approved land exchange completed between January 1, 1998, and January 1, 2005.
