HB 2899 - DIGEST

     Revises provisions relating to youth job training.

     Gives tax incentives to businesses contributing to youthbuilt programs.

     Repeals RCW 50.67.030.

     Makes an appropriation of six hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
