HB 2961 - DIGEST

     Prohibits discrimination by insurance companies against victims of abuse and shelters for the protection of subjects of abuse.

     Finds that domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse exact a dramatic toll on our communities, families, and individuals and should not be compounded with discrimination by insurance carriers.
